Is it due to the dollar’s decline? Other reasons involved? In any case, our range of US wines is growing steadily! We now have a range of almost 30 american products in store, from California to Oregon and Washington state. Join us this Saturday 26 April to taste our newest addition from the Benziger Family Winery – a sauvignon blanc, a chardonnay, a syrah and a cabernet sauvignon. All are extremely good value for money. And, even though they only mention on their back labels their “natural farming”, they actually work biodynamically. Check out their website www.benziger.com to find out more about them. See you Saturday!

This Saturday 12th of April, Mig’s is going Spanish! Join us for a tasting of two new Ribera del Duero: Pinna Fidelis and Arrocal, both rich and tasty, for a very reasonable price. We’ll also pop open a bottle of white made from the world's most widely planted grape variety, the airen (ever heard of it? Tastes great!). And we’ll throw in another surprise, still haven’t decided! Cheers!

Everybody’s gone to the islands? Having fun under the palm trees? The next two Saturdays (March 29 and April 5th), Mig’s World Wines will also celebrate the arrival of spring. Spring in Brussels may be starting under the snow… but at Mig’s, the temperature will rise above 40°! Sunshine in the bottles! For once, Mig’s is not having a wine tasting, but an alcohol tasting! Rum, Calva, Whisky, and also Port, Madeira… So join us, we assure you, the heat will go up!

More bin ends to be tasted this Saturday 15 March at Mig’s. We’ve had the opportunity to get hold of four South-African wines from Delheim at -20%! The sauvignon blanc, the chardonnay, the shiraz and the Cabernet Grande Réserve. To be (re)discovered this Saturday!
Belgian wines: in 2006, Mig’s launched the new wines from Philippe Grafé (Le Domaine du Chenoy). Ok, they were quite young and crisp. Coming from Namur, they took their sweet time to express themselves! Now they’ve gained quite a bit of maturity, and surprisingly enough, Philippe has decided to concentrate on red wines. Have the pioneer spirit and come sample these belgian wines!
