We’ve just added 4 excellent Belgian bubbles to our ever growing range of quality Belgian wines. Long ageing “sur lattes” gives these sparkling wines real depth of flavor. From the Schorpion winery, we’ve selected their :

- Goud Brut 2011 (Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc)

- Zwart Brut Nature 2011 (Chardonnay & Pinot Noir)

- Chardonnay 2009 Brut (well …. Chardonnay)

- Fibonacci Brut (an extraordinary blend of ….  10, yes 10 vintages!)

This addition enables us to offer you more than 10 Belgian bubbles!

On the same subject, the Domaine des Agaises Cuvée Ruffus should be back in stock beginning of June.

Back to still wines, this Saturday, we’ll be tasting Bulgarian wines, 3 from Damianitza Winery and our bin end Istoria Bez Kray Melnik (7.90€ instead of 11.90€).
