Mig’s staff has tasted and decided to stock two new original Spanish wines; a white wine and a red both made from the same grape: Garnatxa negra (black grenache). The white is classically called a ‘blanc de noirs’ which in French means a white from dark grapes.
They’re organic, from Tarragona and their main characteristic is minerality. Both have a straightforward fruit and lots of character. Great for this summer.
Come this Saturday, taste them and see how the same grape can express itself differently as a result of winemaking.
See you! Cheers!
