Whites & reds from South Africa can both be « green ». This Saturday we'll offer your taste buds new organic wines from the Cape. The names of these easy to enjoy quality wines can be a little tongue twisting for French speakers, so, for them, here's how it goes:

Reyneke = raie-noeud-queue

Lammershoek= lame-mères-hou!-couque

Stellenbosch=stel-laine-beau-ch...

Swartland= soir-te-lande

Anyway, tongue twisting or tongue pleasing, these are very pure wines to grace ones palate.
