Start the festivities with our good bubbles knowing that for the first time Mig's has enough stock for Christmas of the Cuvée Ruffus from the Domaine des Agaises. Confirm by tasting light whites such as the "Cuvée" from De Kluizen or the white from the Domaine de Mellemont. Follow up with an oaky white from Genoels-Elderen and a light red from the du Domaine Holvast for example. Spicier reds from the Chenoy or the Ry d'Argent can come after that.

You'll pair your dessert with the very first sweet Belgian wine from De Kluizen, the "Noble Zoet" or for the chocolate the « Muscat Bleu » from the Chenoy.

To finish it off, you can have with your coffee a very good Ratafia des Agaises, or a liqueur or even a brandy from the Distillerie de Biercée.

By then you'll need a good refreshment and the Christmas Brussels beer from the Brasserie de la Senne will do the trick!
