This Saturday, Thierry Lejeune will let us taste his organic wines from the first urban wine cellar in Brussels, Gudule Winery. To put it simply, the grapes can come from anywhere and are chosen solely on the basis of their organoleptic quality. Then the wine is blended and vinified in its cellars located in Greenbizz, the incubator for sustainable projects behind Tour et Taxis. The result in the glass? Approved by the team... A smooth white stone fruits flavoured and a warm, spicy red with blackcurrant and raspberry notes. Now it's time to discover them this Saturday from 2pm to 6pm.
