For a change, come to Mig's this Saturday to taste... French wines ! A cheap & cheerful red which we've already had for a little while- the Château l'Ermitage from southern France (Costières de Nîmes). And three new wines: a nice white from the Péssac-Léognan appellation in Bordeaux - the Château Baret -, and two splendid wines from the Domaine La Nouvelle Don(n)e in the Côtes de Roussillon: the red is a blend of old vines of carignan with mourvèdre and grenache, and the white a 100% grenache - organic wines with a superb minerality. Just beautiful!
Also, don't forget we now have a monthly whisky that you can taste, and this month it's the Benromach Organic Special Edition, from Speyside.
