How far East shall we go?! 23/11/2010
Let's stand midway with a stopover in Turkey with Mig's first wine from the Byzantium country: an organic white. We'll continue with a wine named after the Persian city of Shiraz but from much further away: from right Down Under in Australia! We'll finish our tour with our first still wines from India: bring on the papadums, pull out the tandooris, the fruity off-dry chenin and the chewy zinfandel will be perfect foils to such a flavorsome cuisine!
