More new kids on the block! 26/09/2011
Three new wines from Chile and a new vintage from France!
First from Chile: two easy drinking wines - the Korta viognier/sauvignon/roussanne (interesting blend!) and the Korta cabernet sauvignon. As usual with Chilean wines, a great value, and to add to their charm, a stylish packaging. From De Martino we've chosen their carmenère. The Legado range is always great value (we've also got an excellent chardonnay and syrah). This carmenère is great for drinking now as the new vintage of Alto de Piedras that we usually have from De Martino will need some time to open up.
This Saturday also taste our new vintage (2010) of the Southern Château Maris, always a fine balanced wine.
