This coming Saturday we’ll be tasting the first of our new additions. Patrick Dhondt from Istrian Chill Out Wines will be there to showcase them: three wines from Croatia, a white from Romania and a white from Lebanon. All of them interesting grape varieties or unusual blends – i.e. clairette, sauvignon blanc & viognier from Lebanon! How often do you come across that?! Ok, there’s a cab in the bunch, but wait till you taste it!
