This Saturday we'll be tasting 4 wines of Quinta Nova de Nosse Senhora do Carmo, from the Douro valley in Portugal. The Douro is the best known wine region in Portugal, but it's mostly (if not solely) linked to the best known wine of the country: Port ! However, a whole range of wines are produced there. So, no port to be tasted this WE (although the estate makes them), just fine whites & reds.
