Ivo Varbanov, Ceci n'est pas un rosé 2019 - Bulgaria (Biodynamic) 19.90€
This is the eponymous house of the famous Bulgarian pianist, the founder of this winery. He is in charge of a large, young and dynamic team. Each cuvée name refers to a piece of jazz or classical music.
This gourmet rosé is a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, matured for 15 months in oak barrels. It has a powerful aroma and light tannins.

Mirada Rosé, Organic 2020 - Spain (Organic) 9.10€
This rosé, an ideal aperitif, from Hammeken Cellars is a blend of Bobal & Tempranillo. It is light and has a lively attack. It will reveal notes of pink grapefruit, orange and rose petals.
