We produce many spirits in Belgium. And perhaps some of the most unusual are the ones from the Dr. Clyde distillery. They’re back in stock. Pop in this Saturday and taste their brown sugar spirits: classic, honey & smoky and their absinth.

A new Belgian gin – the Gin de Binche (the pun in the name only works in French!) – blood orange-flavored of course (a tradition of Belgium’s best know carnival, recognized by Unesco as a “Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity”). Also to be tasted tomorrow.
