Since summer seems to be early this year, our Easter tasting will be fresh light wines.
We'll start with a sparkle with some new bubbles from Chile: the Tarapaca Brut is not only elegant to drink but also makes a great gift in its black & gold box.
We'll follow with two crisp whites: the Perdeberg sauvignon blanc from South Africa which we're selling as a bin end @ 7.40 € instead of 9.40 €, and a new French Costières de Nîmes made from Roussanne, Viognier & Grenache blanc. Excellent value.
And then two reds: a light one to be enjoyed slightly chilled, the Santa Julia pinot noir from Argentina now in its new 2009 vintage. And a good wine for this week-end's "brai", the South African Blaauwklippen shiraz - interestingly back to its under 10.00 € price (only 8.50 €!).
