For Thierry, it would be the Picpoul de Pinet from the Domaine La Croix Gratiot: fresh, lively, tonic, citrus fruits, good length (12,40€).
Simon would rather go for the tense, iodized and vegetal side of the Rias Baixas Albarino sur lies from Marco Real (13,70€).
As for Emeline, her choice is the Douro from Quinta do Crasto. Very fresh, lively with a slight creaminess (12,70€).

And for those of you with a good-natured chauvinism who would like to drink local for the occasion, we all agree on :
