Some Canadian wines to brighten up your aperitifs ! 23/02/2022

Dear spirit and wine lovers,

A few days ago, Mig's tasted a nice selection of Canadian products. And today, we'd like to share our favorite ones with you !

Let's begin with a wonderful cider wine, Saint Antoine, 2016. (30€)
Made from frozen apple juice, produced from finely chosen organic apples, this cider wine is a real delight to the palate with its aromas of apricots and sweet apples.
With it's nice acidity, followed by a soft burst of fresh air and a harmonious finish, we trully recommend this cider wine for your aperitifs, digestive or accompanied with some delicious blue cheeses.

Another nice discovery, the Eastdell, Gamay 2016. (18€)
A light and fruity red wine with subtle notes of black cherry, black pepper spice and cinnamon. Fresh and gourmet.

The LC Lakeviews Cellars, Cabernet Sauvignon 2013. (20,20€)
With its beautiful garnet colour, this generous wine offers aromas of blackcurrant, vanilla and oak on the nose. The mouth is juicy, with black fruits and ripe cherries, plum. The wine is powerful, with well-integrated oak notes. A rather balanced and comforting wine.

Last but not least, the Saint-Laurent gin! (46€)
This Canadian gin is flavored with laminaria seaweed from St Laurent. This gin releases herbaceous and floral notes, and aromas of pine forest reminiscent of Quebec's boreal forest. Slightly peppery, with citrus accents. We loved its salty notes, and its soft mineral finish.

Hope you will like them as much as we do !
