Nova is a 100% local Single Malt produced by the Australian distillery Starward, founded by David Vitale in Melbourne.
What makes it special? A whisky made from craft beer yeast and aged in ex-Australian red wine barrels for 3 years (Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon) giving it a long smoky and spicy finish, in addition to its delicious red fruit notes.
Westward American Single Malt Pinot Noir Cask : 86€
Westward Whiskey was created in 2004 in Portland, Oregon by Christian Krogstad.
This 100% local single malt Pinot Noir Cask is a tribute to the prestigious Willamette Valley, one of Pinot Noir's ideal terroirs.
What makes it special? A whisky made from craft beer yeast and aged for two years in ex-Pinot Noir casks after several years in bourbon barrels.
Its elegance and unique character are enhanced by aromas of apple, round roasted grain notes and chocolate.
