OK, for many of you, it's back to work in September -at Mig's we never stopped! So, this is this summer holiday's last tasting. Let's keep it cool with a light Belgian bubbly for a start (Perle de Wallonie from the Domaine du Chenoy).
Staying fresh, we'll follow with two great classic whites from France: a Sancerre (Domaine Thomas) and a Chablis (Etienne Boileau).
And to finish with a bang, one of the best Belgian reds: the pinot noir from Genoels-Elderen.
