This Saturday our "Spirit Man" Patrick will host a little Gin, Vermouth & Bitter tasting. While the Bishop's Gin was created by Matthieu (from the beautiful Hortense Cocktail Bar in the Sablons https://www.facebook.com/HHortense/) but distilled in London, the Forest Vermouth is based on Italian wine but made in Belgium. Biercée Bitter is truly solely Belgian.

You'll have a chance to taste them straight or mixed in a Negroni.

As always, this tasting is free, all are welcome, no need to book, just pop in on Saturday between 2 and 6 PM
