Beginning with a bang with the very best bubbly from BOllinger, this Saturday’s tasting will stay at the summit. After that we’ll taste a new Bourgogne: Pommard La croix Blanche 2009 from the Domaine Parent. And we’ll finish with 2 usual suspects & 2 new additions from Bordeaux:
