Fish dishes are at the forefront at this season: Mig’s will have four perfect white wines to pair with seafood to taste this Saturday. May we also suggest that you share them with friends, in the hope you’ll be forgiven for any April Fools’ day pranks?!

We’ll taste the new vintages of two cheap & cheerful Chilean wines, a super French from the Muscadet region and a  top end white wine from California – then we’ll finish with Romanée Conti 1974, Yquem 1972 and Petrus 2014…

Also, please note that we have a few seats left for three of our Laugh & Learn evenings, one of them focusing on the Belgian beers (May 8^th). We’re also programming a new one: on Tuesday June 3^rd we’ll have a Gin & Tonic evening.
