Back from his trip to the Greek Islands, Miguel will share with you some fine Hellenic flavors this Saturday. We’ll taste great agiorgitiko & assyrtiko from the Gaia Estate (wines from the Peloponnese peninsula & Santorin Island). Miguel will also share some travel tips but here’s already the best one: on Paros Island, two Belgians (Eric & Roger) have totally integrated the welcoming generosity of Greece. Their  Sotires B & B is in delightful settings with a fabulous view. Everything has been created with great taste (also culinary) and from the first minute you feel at home. Two  “sacrés bonshommes”!
