This week @ Mig's, come discover a new Belgian vineyard : the Domaine Entre Deux Monts from the Heuvelland. We have selected three white wines:
- A dry but late harvested kerner, with a wonderful complexity! The best Belgian kerner we've tasted up to now!
- A very mineral and straightforward chardonnay, slightly oaked
- A fresh and elegant pinot gris, that displays the fleshiness typical to this varietal
And to further our summer tour of Europe, we'll stop in Portugal to taste the very fruity Quinta de Saes red and a little Bulgarian bomb the "Easy by Enira"!
